- Tempo and Musicality: Emphasized playing at a comfortable tempo to allow the mind to focus on musicality rather than just managing notes.
- Practicing in Uncomfortable Environments: Explored the importance of being adaptable and learning to perform well even when conditions are not ideal.
- Performing Without Warm-Up: Discussed strategies for playing confidently without the benefit of prior warm-up.
