Seen at today's lesson:
  • SCALES. Level-3 E Major. Complete routine for next week, 
  • CZERNY Nr.6 (passed). Goal is to play smoothly, without interruptions. Know what is coming next
  • CZERNY Nr. 7.. 
    • For next week bring the RH learned, lines one and two
  • KABALEVSKY. "The Clown". 
    • Practice the transition between A minor and F Major
    • Dynamics.  look at the score to see where all the indications are placed.
    • Crescendo starts very soft to make it very noticeable
  • NEW TRANSCRIPTIONS. Ending Elevator
    • Your assignment is to transfer the lessons notes to Sibelius, then learn the music.
For next week's lesson:
  • CLEMENTI. 
    • Eyes on the score, even if you know the piece.
    • You are allowed to look down, but kept to a minimum
    • 2nd part: needs metronome and to learn to play with continuity (no pauses)
      • We are creating a practice system
        • 1- choose a section
        • 2- choose a tempo
        • 3- Abe able to loop it three times without mistakes
        • The loops are uploaded. see below

    • Now that the score is ready, start practicing to play it yourself.

    • Bring it ready next lesson, possibly hands together.
    • Attention to the rhythm.  listen to Sibelius playing back and repeat yourself.

  • DUKE ELLINGTON C-Jam Blues. Today we improvised with the blues scale and started to learn the notes for the LH​
